Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a form is successfully filled and submitted, the payment is final and non-refundable.

Refunds will be considered only if:

• The form could not be submitted due to technical issues.
• The form was not completed because of missing documents.
• Payment was successful but the form was not recorded in our system.

How to Claim a Refund

To claim a refund, users must provide the following details:

• Transaction ID
• Payment receipt
• Proof of the issue encountered

Valid refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Payments are strictly non-refundable after successful submission, and the company’s decision will be final.
